  • You may only purchase liquor via this website if you are at least 18 years of age. You must immediately exit this website if you do not meet this minimum age requirement.

WEBSITE SALES

  • All sales will be made and goods will be dispatched by us under Victorian Liquor Licence No. 32805781 subject to the requirements of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic);
  • You must be 18 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Lake Cairn Curran Vineyard.

Orders

  • We can only accept website orders from customers located within Australia and for delivery within the state of Victoria, Australia. For Australian customers requesting delivery in other localities within Australia, please contact us by email and we will arrange separately the terms of that order and delivery arrangements with you;
  • When you place an order for goods on our website, and we communicate our acceptance of your order by email confirmation, you enter into a contract with us for the supply of those goods. Each accepted order is a separate contract;
  • You will ensure that all information you provide us when ordering is accurate, complete and up to date, and that you promptly notify us of any changes to this information;
  • We may accept or reject an order for any reason, including (but not limited to) unavailability of goods, an error in your order or and error in the pricing, image, or description of goods. In the unfortunate event that we need to reject an order for goods after we have processed your payment, we will refund you in full the amount you have paid for the unavailable goods or offer to substitute with alternate goods. You may accept or decline any offer to substitute with alternate goods. Any refund for unavailable goods will be credited to your credit card or debit card as soon as is reasonably possible, and within at least thirty (30) days from the date of rejection of your order;
  • No Minimum Purchase is required (dozen wine packs only available as specified);
  • Wines purchased from Lake Cairn Curran Vineyard are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Payment

  • Prices quoted for wine and other goods or services sold are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian wine equalisation tax (WET) and Australian goods and services tax (GST). Prices listed on this website are subject to change until payment is made for the goods;
  • Freight and handling charges to deliver your goods, together with the cost of insuring your goods, will be calculated and added to the purchase price before you are asked to place your order. Delivery costs are provided at current market rates by Australia Post or any other carrier we nominate;
  • Once you have placed your online order, you may make payment by credit card via our payment gateway. We accept Visa or Mastercard only. An electronic tax invoice/receipt will be sent to you via email when your payment has been processed. The payment system used for our website orders uses encrypted 256 bit secure system technology to encrypt and protect your credit card details.

  • The laws of the state of Victoria, Australia, govern these Terms and Conditions, and the courts of the state of Victoria and the Commonwealth have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear any matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

SEVERABILITY

  • These Terms and Conditions are effective to the maximum extent allowed at law, and no severance by law, will affect the continuing full effect of the remaining terms.
